IELTS Life Skills

is an English language test designed for UK visa and immigration (UKVI) purposes. It assesses only speaking and listening skills at CEFR levels A1, A2, or B1. The test is for individuals applying for family, spouse, or settlement visas in the UK. Unlike other IELTS exams, it is a pass/fail test with no band scores

duolingo

is an online, computer-adaptive English proficiency test that assesses reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. It is widely accepted by universities and institutions worldwide as an alternative to IELTS and TOEFL for study admissions. The test is affordable, can be taken from home, and provides quick results.

Language cert

is an internationally recognized English language certification provider offering tests for academic, professional, and visa purposes. It provides LanguageCert International ESOL exams and LanguageCert SELT, which is approved by the UK Home Office for visa and immigration applications. The exams assess listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills and can be taken online or at test centers.

Spoken english

CELPIP

(Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) is an English language test used for immigration, permanent residency, and citizenship applications in Canada. It assesses listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills and is entirely computer-based. The test is available in two versions:
CELPIP-General (for immigration and professional purposes)
CELPIP-General LS (for Canadian citizenship, assessing only listening and speaking)

ISE

(Integrated Skills in English) is an English language test provided by Trinity College London. It assesses four skills—reading, writing, speaking, and listening—and is widely used for academic, professional, and visa purposes.
ISE is available at different CEFR levels (A2–C2) and is recognized by institutions worldwide, including UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) for visa applications. It focuses on real-life communication skills and practical English usage.

iTEP

(International Test of English Proficiency) is an English language test that assesses listening, reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills. It is used for academic admissions, business, and visa purposes. iTEP offers different versions, such as:
iTEP Academic (for university admissions)
iTEP Business (for workplace English)
iTEP SLATE (for young learners)
